Day 21 - My day started with coffee x 3 cups, then another at 1000 that lasted til 1400, it was cold by that point. I had my apple this morning and I was ready for dinner by the time I made it home.
Dinner was a salad: lettuce, jalapeños, pepperoncicni, walnuts, radishes, kiwi, grapes, tomatoes, nectarine, & Balsamic dressing. A glass of wine and some toasted bread completed my meal.
I left out a couple of things from the weekend some potatoes chips and dried okra (sounds bad). It was great. But, I guess you need to like okra for the dried okra to be good. I tend to snack more on the weekends, there are not as many diversions. To bad about the Spurs, better luck in Miami.
