Sunday - church day. Quick breakfast - bagel with almond butter and coffee - 390 calories.
I forgot I had signed up to give blood, but wound up doing that after church.
Lunch was fried plantains with black beans and brown rice - 505 calories, with a Shiner Bock - 140 calories.
Did a bunch of house cleaning while Kandie was helping out at the house. Had another Shiner Bock while I was doing that (140 calories) and some bread (106 calories).
Dinner was a second shot at Rhode Island Party Pizza - a little better - the sauce was thicker. Ate quite a bit - 599 calories, and a bottle of Shiner - 140 calories.
Ate another bunch of potato chips later in the evening and a third Shiner - 260 calories.
